Problems Can Become Opportunities: How God and My Sponsor Guided Me

In life, we all face problems. Some problems seem big, like mountains we can't climb. Other problems are smaller, like rocks in our shoes that annoy us. But did you know that sometimes, problems can become opportunities? I didn't always see it that way. It took the help of God and my sponsor in Al-Anon to show me how problems can turn into chances for good things to happen.

One day, I was feeling really sad because something didn't go the way I wanted it to. I thought it was a big problem and that I would never feel happy again. That's when I remembered what my sponsor always tells me: "God can turn our setbacks into comebacks." I didn't understand it at first, but I decided to talk to my sponsor about it.
