Have you ever felt lost in the darkness, unsure of which way to turn? I know that feeling all too well. There was a time when I felt overwhelmed by the challenges life threw at me. It seemed like no matter what I did, the shadows just grew deeper.

But then, I discovered something powerful: when you give light, darkness starts to fade away on its own. This simple truth changed everything for me. Instead of letting despair take over, I began to seek out sources of light in my life.

One of the brightest lights I found was Al-Anon. Al-Anon is a support group for people affected by someone else's drinking. In those meetings, I found understanding and compassion from others who knew exactly what I was going through. They shared their stories of hope and recovery, showing me that I wasn't alone in my struggles.

Even more importantly, I discovered a deeper connection to God. Through prayer and reflection, I learned to trust in a higher power that could guide me through even the darkest times. It wasn't about having all the answers right away, but about having faith that there was a path forward.

Slowly but surely, the darkness in my life began to lift. With the support of Al-Anon and my growing faith, I found the strength to make positive changes. I learned to set boundaries, take care of myself, and let go of things beyond my control.

Today, I am grateful for the light that has entered my life. It's a light that continues to shine, helping me navigate challenges with courage and grace. I know now that no matter how dark things may seem, there is always a way to find hope and healing.

Remember, when you give light—whether through kindness, support, or faith—the darkness will start to disappear on its own. It's a journey that begins with a single step, but one that can lead to profound transformation.

You gottawanna live in the light step out of the darkness and let fear, hate and anger be replaced with love, hope, faith and tolerance. Thank you for Father for the healing that is taking place right now.
