Have you ever had a day that just didn't seem to go right? Maybe things felt confusing or tough, and it was hard to see the good in it. That's okay—everyone has days like that. But here's something special: even on those tough days, there's always something good to find.
Al-Anon is a group that helps people who have loved ones dealing with alcoholism. They talk about finding hope and strength, even in hard times. They remind us that we can learn from every experience, whether it's good or challenging. It's like finding a small light in the dark—it might be hard to see at first, but it's there.
Many people also believe in God or a higher power. They say that this higher power helps them see the good in every day. It's like having a friend who understands and helps you through tough times.
When we put these ideas together, we see that even when a day is tough, there's always a chance to learn and grow. Al-Anon teaches us to find strength in ourselves and in others, while faith shows us that we're never alone. Together, they help us find something good in every day, no matter how hard it may seem.
So, the next time you're having a tough day, remember: there's something good waiting to be discovered. Maybe it's a lesson learned, a moment of peace, or a chance to help someone else. With Al-Anon and faith by our side, we can find the good in every day, making even the challenging days a little brighter.

God guide us with love and peace to move forward and stop looking back in anger, fear and hate. I pray for guidance to leave the past alone and accept that this new chapter is as it should be if the past is the past then help to move forward and enjoy who I am with and not regret the past. You gottawanna live happy, joyous and free - I love you
