Surround Yourself with Positivity: Avoid Those Who Fuel Anger and Fear

Have you ever heard the saying, "You are the company you keep"? Well, it's true! The people you spend time with can have a big impact on how you feel and behave. In this blog post, we're going to talk about why it's important to stay away from people who make you angry, scared, or encourage bad behavior. Let's dive in!

Choose Your Friends Wisely

Imagine you have a big basket full of fresh, juicy fruits. You want to keep them nice and tasty, right? Just like that, you need to be careful about who you hang out with. If you're around people who are always angry or who try to make you angry, it's like letting rotten fruit into your basket. Instead, choose friends who make you feel happy, who support you, and who help you become a better person.

Don't Let Fear Take Over

Fear is like a tiny seed. If you water it with your attention, it can grow into a big, scary tree that blocks your way. Some people might want you to be afraid because it gives them power. They might tell you scary stories or make you feel small. But remember, you have the power to decide whether you water that fear seed or not. Surround yourself with friends who encourage you to be brave and who remind you of your strengths.

Be Proud of Who You Are

We all have things about ourselves that we want to improve. Maybe you sometimes get impatient, or perhaps you find it hard to share. That's okay – nobody's perfect! But it's important not to make excuses for these things or blame them on others. If someone tells you it's okay to be mean or selfish, they're not helping you become the best version of yourself. Real friends will gently point out when you're not acting your best and support you in making positive changes.

You gottawanna be free of hate and anger - choose peace and love.

As you go through life, you'll meet all kinds of people. Some will lift you up, while others might bring you down. Remember, you have the power to choose who you spend time with. Seek out friends who make you happy, encourage you to be brave, and inspire you to be a better person. Avoid those who try to feed your anger, fan your fear, or justify your character defects. Surround yourself with positivity, and you'll find that you'll grow into a strong, confident individual who can overcome any challenge that comes your way.
