Sometimes life gets tough. Maybe you have a bad day at school, or things at home aren’t going well. When things get hard, it can feel like everything is going wrong. But there’s a way to handle these tough times by always looking for the positive. You can believe that something good is going to happen, even when things are hard. I’ve learned how to do this with the help of Al-Anon and God.
Finding Good in Bad Times
When something bad happens, it’s easy to focus on the negative. But if you look closely, there’s often something good hiding in the tough times. Maybe you had a fight with a friend, but then you learned how to say sorry and became even closer. Or perhaps you failed a test, but then you learned how to study better for next time.
How Al-Anon Helps
Al-Anon is a group that helps people who have family members or friends struggling with problems like drinking. In these meetings, I meet others who understand what I’m going through. We share stories, listen, and support each other. Al-Anon teaches me that I can’t control everything, but I can control how I react. It helps me see the good in difficult situations and reminds me that I’m not alone.
How God Helps Me
My faith in God also helps me see the positive. I believe that God has a plan, even when things seem bad. When I pray, I feel comforted and hopeful. I remind myself that tough times don’t last forever and that God is always there to guide me. My faith gives me the strength to keep going and look for the good in every situation.
Keep Looking for the Good
No matter how tough things get, try to find something positive. It might not be easy at first, but with practice, it gets better. Remember, tough times can teach us important lessons. With the help of groups like Al-Anon and the guidance of God, you can find the strength to stay positive and hopeful. Always believe that something good is coming, and you’ll be able to face challenges with courage and a smile. You gottawanna be happy, joyous and free from hate and fear. Peace and Love enjoy your journey!
