Learning Positivity and Healing through Alcoholics Anonymous

I want to share a special story about how I discovered the power of positive thinking and healing with the help of Alcoholics Anonymous.

You know, I believe that I am connected with something greater – something I call God. This belief helps me feel strong and hopeful. Because of this belief, I choose to think and talk in cheerful and healthy ways.

But let me tell you, it wasn't always like this for me. There was a time when I struggled with something called alcoholism. That's when people drink too much alcohol and it becomes a big problem. It was tough, and it made me feel really unhappy.

Then, one day, I heard about a group called Alcoholics Anonymous, often shortened to AA. This group is like a club where people who have the same problem come together to help each other. They support and guide each other to stop drinking and lead better lives.

Being a part of AA was like finding a treasure! In those meetings, I met people who understood exactly what I was going through. They listened to me without judging and shared their own stories. It felt like having a big group of friends who really cared.

One thing that AA taught me was how to think and talk in a positive way. They showed me that if I believed in myself and stayed hopeful, I could overcome my problems. We talked about all the good things in life and how to make better choices.

I remember one activity where we stood in front of a mirror and said kind things to ourselves. It felt a bit silly at first, but it actually made me feel better about who I was. It was like planting seeds of happiness inside me.

Gradually, with the help of AA and my positive thinking, I started to feel healthier. The urge to drink alcohol became less and less. Instead of feeling sad, I felt happier and more in control of my life. I even made new friends who liked the new, happier me.

So, my dear young friends, remember this: You are special, and you have the power to think and speak in positive, healing ways. Just like how I found help and hope through Alcoholics Anonymous, you can find support when you need it. Together, we can all learn to shine bright and live our best lives!

You gottawanna live free - move on enjoy your freedom no reason to keep hating.
