How Prayer and Meditation Helped Me Heal in Sobriety and Let Go of Anger

In my journey to sobriety, I encountered numerous challenges that tested my determination and resolve. Along with breaking free from addiction, I also struggled with overwhelming feelings of anger and resentment. However, I found solace and strength through prayer and meditation, which became powerful tools in my healing process. In this article, I will share how these practices positively impacted my life, allowing me to overcome obstacles and embrace a more peaceful and fulfilling existence.


Finding Inner Peace through Prayer:


Prayer became a cornerstone of my daily routine during sobriety. I discovered that it provided me with an avenue to express my emotions honestly and without judgment. As I reached out to a higher power, I felt a sense of connection and reassurance, knowing that I was not alone in my struggles. The act of prayer became a source of comfort, enabling me to unload my burdens and find strength in times of weakness.
