How Alcoholics Anonymous Showed Me the Way to Positive Thinking

When we think about making positive choices in life, it's important to remember that we are all unique, and sometimes, we face challenges that seem too big to overcome. But what if I told you that there's a way to find strength and positivity, even in the toughest of times? My journey with Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) showed me just that.

Understanding Myself:

To start my journey, I had to understand something very important: I am one with God. This means that I am connected to something bigger than myself, something powerful and loving. This realization helped me see that I could make positive choices and change my life for the better.

Positive Thinking:

One of the first things I learned in AA was the power of positive thinking. Positive thinking means that you focus on good things and believe in yourself. Instead of dwelling on the past and the mistakes I had made, I began to think about the positive changes I could make in my life.

Healthy Choices:

Alcoholics Anonymous taught me that making healthy choices is essential. This means not only choosing not to drink but also taking care of my body and mind. Eating well, exercising, and getting enough rest became important parts of my life.

Healing Words:

In AA, I also learned about the healing power of words. The words we use can have a big impact on our thoughts and feelings. By speaking positively to myself and to others, I found that I could create a more positive and supportive environment.

Supportive Community:

Another wonderful thing about AA is the supportive community it offers. I met people who understood what I was going through and were there to help me. Having a community that believes in you can make a big difference in your journey towards positivity.

So, you see, Alcoholics Anonymous showed me the way to positive thinking and a healthier, happier life. I learned that I am one with God, and with this connection, I can make choices that lead to positivity and healing. By thinking positively, making healthy choices, using healing words, and being part of a supportive community, I have been able to change my life for the better. Remember, no matter what challenges you face, you can find your way to positivity too.

You gottawanna be better than those you want to hate and blame for all your problems. If they are the problem, there is no solution other than to keep hating. Move on live in love and with His Grace be better than them and stop the cycle of lies.
