Finding Truth and Peace: Living and Letting Live

Have you ever felt angry or afraid and wanted to give advice to someone, even though deep down, you knew it might not be the best thing to do? Well, guess what? You're not alone. Sometimes, our emotions can get the best of us, making us want to tell others what to do, even when we might not fully understand their situation. But there's a better way to handle these feelings, and it involves finding truth in organizations like Al-Anon and seeking guidance from a higher power.

**Understanding Our Emotions**

We all experience emotions like fear and anger from time to time. It's a natural part of being human. These feelings can be powerful, and they can make us want to control things, including other people's choices. But it's important to remember that just because we feel something strongly doesn't mean it's always the right thing to act on those feelings.

**The Temptation to Give Advice**

When we're scared or angry, we might think we have all the answers. We want to tell people what to do because we believe it will make things better. But here's the thing: we don't always know what's best for someone else. Everyone's life is different, and what works for one person might not work for another.

**Al-Anon: Finding Truth and Support**

Al-Anon is a group that helps people who have friends or family members struggling with alcoholism. In Al-Anon, people learn to let go of the urge to control others and focus on taking care of themselves. They find support and understanding from people who have been through similar situations.

**Seeking Guidance from a Higher Power**

Many people turn to their faith in times of uncertainty. Whether you believe in God, another higher power, or simply in the power of the universe, it can be comforting to know that there's something greater than ourselves. In times of fear and anger, turning to this higher power can help us find peace and wisdom.

**Live and Let Live**

"Live and let live" is a saying that means we should allow others to live their lives as they see fit, just as we want to live our lives the way we choose. It's about respecting other people's choices, even if we don't agree with them. This doesn't mean we have to approve of everything others do, but it does mean we should refrain from trying to control or change them.

**Changing Ourselves, Not Others**

When we focus on changing ourselves instead of trying to change others, something remarkable happens. We find peace within ourselves. We stop feeling the constant need to give advice or control situations. We let go of fear and anger and learn to trust that people can make their own choices and learn from their experiences.

In life, it's natural to feel fear and anger, but it's also important to recognize that these emotions shouldn't drive us to give unsolicited advice or try to control others. Instead, we can find truth and support in places like Al-Anon and seek guidance from a higher power. By adopting the motto "live and let live" and focusing on changing ourselves, we can find peace and allow others to live their lives as they see fit. In doing so, we create a more compassionate and understanding world. You gottawanna lvie and let live dont let others be an anchor on your soul MOVE ON!
