Finding Joy: A Journey of Healing with God and Al-Anon

Do you ever feel sad or upset? Well, I want to tell you a story about how I learned to carry joy in my heart, and how God and Al-Anon helped me through tough times.

Once upon a time, I felt really sad. It was like a heavy cloud was always above me. But then, I learned a special secret: if you carry joy in your heart, you can heal any moment.

God was my first helper. I talked to God and asked for strength. I felt like God was a caring friend who listened to me, even when I felt alone. Praying to God gave me hope and made me feel stronger.

Then, I discovered Al-Anon. Al-Anon is a group where people share their stories and help each other. It's like a big family that understands you. In Al-Anon, through working the 12 steps, I learned important things about myself and how to make better choices.

Instead of feeling stuck in despair, I started feeling hopeful. I realized that I could choose happiness, even in tough times. God and Al-Anon taught me that I had the power to heal my own heart.

It wasn't always easy, but every day got a little bit better. I learned to appreciate the good moments and let go of the bad ones. I surrounded myself with positive people who cared about me.

Now, I want to share this secret with you: carry joy in your heart, and you can heal any moment. God and Al-Anon helped me, and they can help you too. Remember, you're never alone, and there's always hope for a brighter tomorrow. You gottawanna walk free from the bondage of the disease of alcoholism. Freedom came from working and living the 12 steps and working on myself.
